Staff was very professional and friendly
They are very caring and patient with you. They make your feel relaxed and explain everything they will be doing to help you.
Our phycian and staff were very helpful in preparing us for the Proceedures at Mississippi Coast Endoscopy! Upon arrival we checked in and sat down for about 10 minutes. The nurse called me to back and helped me put on gown and checked my history. She started IV painlessly! Soon after , Anesthetist reviewed history noting allergies. He was very through and polite assuring I would be well taken care of. I soon was carried back for proceedure. There I met the team prepared to help in preparing me for the Doctors procedure. The Anesthetist was very calming as she gave me the oxygen mask starting medication drifting off to sleep! I awoke in a bay when proceedure was over. A very kind nurse took IV out ,helped me dress to go home. The whole experience was quick, efficient with no anxiety! I highly recommend Mississippi Endoscope Outpatient as well as my Doctor Catherine Hirsh! Super doctor. ! Gloria
